保存条件    Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍    CD72 antigen is a member of the type II integral membrane glycoproteins which includes other related cell surface molecules such as the asialoglycoprotein receptors, CD23 and the Kupffer cell receptor. The function of CD72 is unknown but the exposure of B cells to CD72 antibodies activates a variety of signaling pathways and can induce MHC class II expression and B cell proliferation. CD72 antigen is expressed on all cells of B cell lineage with the exception of plasma cells and weakly on human tissue macrophages.    
CD72是一个重要的B细胞特异性受体。属于II型膜内糖蛋白成员中的细胞表面分子非唾液酸糖蛋白受体，虽然其分子功能目前还不清楚，但目前发现CD72的多态性与多种肿瘤有关。
