The USC versions of the product include the Firmware Upgrade (U01 for series-2 or U02 for series-5), plus the Travel Case, Wideband Antenna and Vehicle Charger.

The firmware upgrade is pre-installed and all of the accessories, including the antenna and car charger, are supplied within the fitted case:
