产品详细描述:

一、原理性能和用途
原理性能：当被控制对象的温度达到设定值时，温控器感温包内的工质产生瞬间膨胀的物理现象（工质体积突然变大），与感温部连通一起的膜盒产生快速膨胀。通过杠杆原理，带动开关断开动作，人工手动复位，达到限温目的。WQB系列液胀式温控器具有限温准确，稳定可靠，超载电流大等性能特点。
用途：主要用于电热水器，具有干烧自动保护功能。

Principle of performance andApplication

When the temperature of the controlled object reaches set value,the

inner workingsubstanceof thermostatsensible bulbproduce a moment

expansion physical phenomenon (theworking substancevolumelargen  

abruptly),at which connected with the diaphragm of sensible bulb

produceexpansion or contraction.Through the leverage to drive

switch on/off action, the purpose is to achieve constant

temperature.It is needed to manually reset.WQS series thermostats havetemperature-limitedaccurate, reliable,and large overload current performance characteristics.

Usage: mainly used in electric water heater, with dry

automatic protection.

二、注意事项：
1、用户必须根据自己产品的特点，所需控制的温度，提出订货型号和规格。
2、安装时感温管尽可能整支贴紧被控温表面，以达到控温准确的目的。
3、安装时不可将感温管压变形，以免影响其性能。
4、勿使导电气体或导电物质进入温控器内或污染温控器表面以免影响电气缘性能。
5、毛细管折弯半径不能小于5mm.

 Attentions
