浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司一种测定聚乙烯醇中甲醇和乙酸甲酯含量的方法，包括溶解、盐析、过滤和测定各单元过程，所述溶解是将聚乙烯醇加入蒸馏水中，聚乙烯醇和蒸馏水的质量比为1：20-30，加热回流的条件下使聚乙烯醇完全溶解得到聚乙烯醇溶液；所述盐析是向所述聚乙烯醇溶液中加入无机盐，无机盐的添加量是聚乙烯醇质量的6-8倍，常温搅拌使聚乙烯醇析出，过滤分离收集滤液；通过气相色谱法测定所述滤液中甲醇和乙酸甲酯的含量。与通用的静态顶空气相色谱法相比，准确性和精密度高，重复性好，操作简便。

Polyvinyl alcohol resin series products are white solid, with three appearances: flocculent, granular, and powder; non-toxic, odorless, and pollution-free, and can be dissolved in water at 80-90°C. Its aqueous solution has good adhesion and film-forming properties; it can withstand most organic solvents such as oils, lubricants and hydrocarbons; it has chemical properties such as esterification, etherification, and acetalization of long-chain polyols.
