一种无色液体,气味似氯仿。分子式为C2-H-Cl3。分子量是131.39。相对密度是1.4649(20/4℃)。熔点零下73℃,沸点86.7℃,自燃点420℃,蒸气密度4.53,蒸气压13.33kPa(100mm,Hg32℃)。蒸气与空气形成混合物可燃限8.0%~10.5%。几乎不溶于水;与乙醇、乙醚及氯仿混溶;溶于多种固定油和挥发性油。潮湿时遇光生成盐酸。高浓度蒸气在高温下会燃烧。加热分解,放出有毒氯化物。加热至250~600℃,与铁、铜、锌、铝接触生成光气。能与钡、四氧化二氮、锂、镁、液态氧、臭氧、氢氧化钾、硝酸钾、钠、氢氧化钠、钛发生剧烈反应。
应用领域:
工业上使用三氯乙烯的行业很多,可以用作金属表面的去油污、干洗衣物、植物和矿物油的提取、制备药物、有机合成以及溶解油脂、橡胶、树脂和生物碱、蜡,也用作有机化工原料及农药、医药的原料。
生产方法:
主要有三种方法:一是乙炔法,以电石乙炔为原料,经氯化生成四氯乙烷,再经皂化而制得;二是乙烯直接氯化法,乙烯与氯加成生成1,2-二氯乙烷,再进一步氯化生成三氯乙烯和四氯乙烯,经蒸馏、氨中和、洗涤、干燥得产品;三是乙烯氧氯化法,乙烯与氯加成生成1,2-二氯乙烷,再与氯、氧进行氧氯化反应,经冷却、水洗、干燥、精馏后分离得三氯乙烯及四氯乙烯。
