1.连续运行时，介质温度不高于40C

2.介质PH值4~ 10。

1.按微扬程，大流量专门设计，效率高。

2.水力部件螺旋浆采用后掠式叶片设计，抗堵塞，抗缠绕，使用可靠。

3.结构紧凑，外型流畅,标准化程度高安装维修方便。

4.电缆出线采用了特别结构，排除了因人为拉扯、电缆外套破碎、电缆老化等偶然因素导致的漏水、漏电、短路、定

子线圈烧毁，有效地降低了整机上部进水出现故障的概率。

5.考虑到污泥回流泵在启动和运行时可能发生的状况，内置了多项预警传感器，包括有接线室、电机腔和油室腔内渗

漏，上下轴承和电机线圈温升。在外置控制柜中有缺相、短路、过流及水位控制等保护。

6.污泥回流泵使用了三只轴承，上端用带密封盖的自润滑轴承，下端用一只向心推力轴承，一只滚珠轴承，结构上保

证了全部轴承在有效润滑条件下运行，提高了轴承和机械密封的寿命，降低了泵的振动和噪音。

7.产品应用了双密封式结构。
