产品描述：

该潜水排污泵是在引进国外技术的基础上，结合水泵的使用特点而研究成功的新一代泵类产品，具有节能效果显著、防缠绕、无堵塞、自动控制等特点。在排送固体颗粒和长纤维垃圾方面，具有独果。

 

技术参数：

1、    电泵可抽送介质温度在0~40℃范围内，介质密度大为1200kg/m3，介质中固体颗粒含量体积

不超过2%。

2、    介质中固体颗粒大粒径符合产品标准中的规定；

3、    材质为铸铁的电泵使用范围PH值为PH=4~9；

4、    电泵输送的介质运动粘度为7×10-7m2/s~23×10-6 m2/s;

5、    抽送特殊的温度、液体等要求时可在订货合同中附加详细说明。

6、 电泵运转时，电机露出液面不超过电泵的1/4；

7、 潜入水下深度不超过5米（以叶轮中心为基准）

 

设计特点：
1、    采用单流道、双流道叶轮结构，节能、通过能力强，无堵塞、不缠绕，结构紧凑，使用方便。

2、    机械密封采用硬质合金耐腐蚀的炭化钨材料，同时将密封处于油室中运行，可使泵安全连续

运行2000小时以上。

3、    整体结构紧凑、体积小、噪声小、节能效果显著，检修方便，无需建泵房，潜入水中即可工作，

大大减少工程造价；

4、    安装方式有两种：1）、直接安装；2）、可根据用户需要配备自动耦合安装系统，它给安装、维

修带来大方便，人可不必为此而进入污水坑。

 

应用领域：

   主要用于抽送生活污水、粪尿及含有短纤维、纸屑、泥砂等固体悬浮的

非腐蚀性介质，因此特别适用于工程基础施工、积水坑等的污水抽送；食品厂、造纸厂、酿造厂等厂矿企
