1)普通型减压阀,出口压力不要超过进口压力的85%;减压阀,出口要压力不要超过进口压力的90%。输出压力不得超过设定压力的zui大值。
2)连接配管要充分吹洗。

若进口压力有波动,譬如压力瞬时升高,则出口压力也随之升高。作用在膜片上的推力增大,膜片上移,向上压缩弹簧,从膜片组件中间的溢流孔有瞬时溢流。并靠复位弹簧及气压力作用,使阀杆上移,阀门开度减小,节流作用增大,使出口压力回降,直至达到新的平衡为止。重新平衡后的出口压力又基本上恢复至原值。
如进口压力不变,输出流量变化,使出口压力发生波动(增高或降低)时,依靠溢流孔的溢流作用和膜片上力的平衡作用推动阀杆,仍能起稳压作用。当输出流量为零时,出口气压力通过反馈管进入膜片下腔,推动膜片上移,复位弹簧力推动阀杆上移,阀芯关闭,保持出口气压力一定。当输出流量很大时,高速流使反馈管处静压下降,即膜片下腔压力下降,阀门开度加大,仍能保持膜片上的力平衡。
下图是SMC ARP系列直动式减压阀结构原理图。与普通减压阀的主要区别是有常泄式溢流孔。其稳压精度高,为0.001MPa。但存在微漏。有管式连接和模块式。

下图是SMC AR平衡式直动式减压阀结构原理图。阀芯的下部与二次侧压力相通,故阀芯上下所受气压力是平衡的,压力的变动(不论是一次侧还是二次侧)不影响阀芯上下气压力的平衡,故这种结构形式的压力特性好。
SMC膜片式减压阀的工作原理是:将手轮外拉,见到黄色圈后,顺时针旋转手轮,调压弹簧被压缩,推动膜片组件下移,通过阀杆,打开阀芯,则进气口压力经阀芯节流降压,有压力输出。出口压力气体经反馈管浸入膜片下腔,在膜片上产生一个向上的推力。当此推力与调压弹簧平衡时,出口压力便稳定在一定值。
逆时针旋转手轮,调压弹簧力不断减小,阀芯逐渐关闭,膜片下腔中的压缩空气,经溢流阀不断从排气孔排处,直至后出口压力降为零。
调压完成后,将手轮压回,手轮被锁住,以保持设定压力一定。故称为锁定型手轮。
溢流式减压阀常用于二次侧负载变动的场合,如进行频繁调整的场合、二次侧有容器(如气缸)的场合。在使用过程中,经常要从溢流孔排出少量气体。当介质为有害气体的气路中,为防止污染工作场所,应选用无溢流孔的减压阀,即非溢流式减压阀。非溢流式减压阀也常用于经常耗气的吹气系统和气马达。
