英国GRIMM格林进口液压隔膜计量泵概述：

泵的液力端和隔膜组成工作腔，由活塞驱动的液压油均匀作用于隔膜做周期性变形、从而驱动隔膜做往复运动的可调节流量的容积泵，叫液压隔膜计量泵。

英国GRIMM格林进口液压隔膜计量泵特点：

1、无动密封，无泄漏，维修方便，低噪音，使用方便。
2、工作压力可达69MPa，计量精度可达±1％；单缸泵流量范围：0.2L/h-12000L/h。
3、计量精度优于机械隔膜泵，密封性能优于柱塞泵。
4、流量大小控制通过调节冲程长度和变频调速来实现，配冲程调节器或变频可以实现远程自动控制。
5、介质的使用温度不宜超过100℃，不宜低于-30℃，否则影响隔膜寿命。
6、的三阀结构，限位补油机构的应用，即保证液压腔内液压油的充满度，又避免了补油过量，防止液压冲击，从而使隔膜两侧受力平衡，提高隔膜的使用寿命。隔膜寿命可提高到8000h以上。
