1、尽量用八道或者十二道移液器加样。对于相同的试剂，经如二抗，酶，显色液，终止液等。

2、自己的样品，因为每一孔的样品不一样，用排枪加有些麻烦，如果一次的样品比较少，而自己加样又比较快，可以一个孔一个孔的加，但如果想一次把96或者48T的做完，可以先摆好一些PCR管或者准备一个96孔细胞培养板。将自己的样品先加到PCR管或者培养板中(此板间距与酶板板相同)。记得加一定的余量，如一次加样是50ul，可以先加70ul。加完后再用排枪加样，这样可以缩短加样时间，减小每个孔间的时间误差。

3、如果有多余的孔，标准品孔可以做复孔，在自己的样品前加一次标准品，加完样品后再加一次标准品。如果孔不够，那么可以将标准品放在样品中间加。
