新势力光电供应可饱和吸收镜,包括:Saturable Absorber Mirror半导体可饱和吸收镜、Saturable Absorber可饱和吸收体、Saturable Output Coupler可饱和吸收耦合输出镜、Resonant SAM共振可饱和吸收镜、Saturable Noise Suppressor可饱和噪声去除腔。
可饱和吸收镜的基本结构:反射镜和半导体可饱和吸收体。底层一般为半导体反射镜,其上生长一层半导体可饱和吸收体薄膜,上层生长一层反射镜或直接利用半导体与空气的界面作为反射镜,上下两个反射镜形成一个法布里-珀罗腔,通过改变吸收体的厚度及两个反射镜的反射率,可以调节吸收体的调制深度和反射镜的带宽。
