PMP2/FABP8保存：
冻干蛋白置于-20℃以下可长期保存，室温条件下可稳定保存3周。
复溶蛋白溶液可在4～7℃保存2～7天，可分装后置于-20℃保存三个月。

PMP2/FABP8复溶：
打开试剂管前请先离心。
复溶浓度推荐大于100 μg/ml。
冻干蛋白请溶于ddH2O。
复溶后，请根据用量分装冻存，避免反复冻融。

Myelin P2 Protein (PMP2) is a cytoplasmic protein which belongs to the Fatty-acid binding protein (FABP) family of calycin superfamily. PMP2 is a small, basic, and cytoplasmic lipid binding protein of peripheral myelin. PMP2 is found in peripheral nerve myelin and spinal cord myelin, the oligodendrocytes and Schwann cells, respectively. PMP2 may be involved in lipid transport protein in Schwann cells. It may decrease the inhibitory effect of T suppressors in the culture of immune lymph node cells.

Fibroblast growth factor 7 (FGF7) is a secreted protein which is mainly located in epithelial cells and belongs to the heparin-binding growth factors family. FGF family members possess broad mitogenic and cell survival activities, and are involved in a variety of biological processes, including embryonic development, cell growth, morphogenesis, tissue repair, tumor growth and invasion. FGF7 is a potent epithelial cell-specific growth factor, whose mitogenic activity is predominantly exhibited in keratinocytes but not in fibroblasts and endothelial cells. It is possible major paracrine effector of normal epithelial cell proliferation.
