一. 概述：
泄漏报警器是专为柴油机高压燃油套管配套使用的产品。主要用来监控高压燃油套管发生泄漏、爆裂时及时发出开关量信号，用户通过此触点可实现近、远程监控。
二. 工作原理：
泄漏报警器由液位传感器、燃油泄漏收集容器、浮子、油道（进、溢、泄油）、泄放阀组成。
当高压燃油套管泄漏或爆裂时，燃油很快通过进油通道流入泄漏收集容器中，当容器中燃油满溢时，浮子上升触动液位传感器，传感器触点闭合（常态为常开），报警器处于报警状态，燃油泄漏收集容器中多余的泄漏燃油由溢油通道流出回到溢油回收容器中。
报警的解除：故障消除后，请把泄放阀旋钮旋至开的位置，燃油泄漏收集容器中燃油通过泄油通道回到溢油回收容器中，报警方被解除。
注意故障消除后，泄放阀旋钮旋至关的位置以供再次使用。

The leak alarm is a supporting product of diesel high pressure fuel tubes. It is mainly used to monitor high pressure fuel tubes. If the tubes leak or burst, the alarm will send out a switch value signal. Users may monitor the tubes short or long distance with the alarm.
Principles
The leak alarm consists of liquid level sensor, leak fuel collecting container, float, oil channel (oil in, oil spill, oil drainage) and release valve.
When the high pressure fuel tubes leak or burst, the fuel will flow to the leak fuel collecting container through oil channel quickly. When the container is overflow, the float will rise and trigger the liquid level sensor. Then the contact of the sensor closes (opens normally) and the alarm is on. The unwanted leak fuel flows to the spill oil container (sometimes the tank) through the spill oil channel and drainage oil channel.
Eliminating alarm：when the trouble is resolved, please turn the leak valve knob to “on”. When the fuel in the leak fuel collecting container comes back to the spill oil container through the drainage oil channel, the alarm will be eliminated.
Cautions：when the alarm is eliminated, please turn the leak valve knob to “off”.
