用途和适用范围

主要用于小型五金零件、标准件及仪器仪表、钟表、自行车、缝纫机、轴承、汽车、电器件、塑料、有色金属、贵重手工艺品等行业各类产品零件的去毛刺、表面抛光。特别对异形零件的表面光整有其特异的优越功能。经该机光整加工后的零件，不仅保持原有的形位精度，而且能改善零件表面粗糙度精度1~2级，广泛适用批量小型零件光整加工。本研磨机结构简单、牢固、没有故障隐患，配上定时器可以完全无人操作，一人可以同时操作3~4台。

主要结构及工作原理

LZ120-1可倾式滚筒研磨机主要结构见图1，有主电机、天蜗轮箱传动系统、皮带轮变速系统6、主蜗轮箱传动系统4、八角滚筒3、电气控制箱1、扇形齿轮5和支架2等主件组成。仰角45°，俯角60°，由小蜗轮箱带动扇形齿轮来实现。

工作原理：当八角滚筒按箭头方向旋转时，滚筒内的研磨石和工件产生相对运动（见图2），从而达到对零件表面的去毛刺及抛光作用。
