浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司对气相色谱法测定煤气中硫化氢含量进行了系统研究,采用高惰性的聚氟乙烯(PVF)气体采样袋替代湿式气体流量计和吸收瓶,简化了采样操作。采用30 m低硫毛细管色谱柱和FPD检测器,分离、分析了焦炉煤气中H_2S、COS、CS_2、噻吩四种主要硫化物。采用优化的VI进样口和特殊的硫钝化管线,提高了仪器灵敏度,方法检出限可达1mg/Nm~3。采用多点校正及二次曲线拟合,测量范围从10 mg/Nm~3到300 mg/Nm~3,并与碘量法测定煤气中硫化氢进行比对,经过精密度试验,准确度验证,证明此方法简便快捷、准确,满足痕量分析的要求。

The determination of hydrogen sulfide content in coke oven gas is an important content of coking inspection and test. At present, many coking enterprises use gas chromatography to determine the hydrogen sulfide content, which has achieved ideal detection results This method has the characteristics of simple operation, high inspection efficiency and little interference from other substances. Haohan Chromatographic (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has systematically studied the determination of hydrogen sulfide content in coal gas by gas chromatography. The highly inert polyfluoroethylene (PVF) gas sampling bag is used to replace the wet gas flowmeter and absorption bottle, simplifying the sampling operation. A 30 m low sulfur capillary chromatographic column and FPD detector were used to separate and analyze H in coke oven gas_ 2S、COS、CS_ 2. There are four main sulfides of thiophene. The instrument sensitivity is improved by using the optimized VI sampling port and special sulfur passivation pipeline, and the detection limit of the method can reach 1mg/Nm~3. The multi-point correction and quadratic curve fitting are adopted, and the measurement range is from 10 mg/Nm~3 to 300 mg/Nm~3. The method is compared with the iodimetric method for the determination of hydrogen sulfide in coal gas. The precision test and accuracy verification prove that the method is simple, fast, accurate and reliable, and meets the requirements of trace analysis.
