有机氟化合物，是有机化合物分子中与碳原子连接的氢被氟取代的一类元素有机化合物。分子中全部碳-氢键都转化为碳 -氟键的化合物称全氟有机化合物，部分取代的称单氟或多氟有机化合物。由于氟是电负性大的元素，多氟有机化合物具有化学稳定性、表面活性和优良的耐温性能等特点。
