PDCD5保存：
冻干蛋白置于-20℃以下可长期保存，室温条件下可稳定保存3周。
复溶蛋白溶液可在4～7℃保存2～7天，可分装后置于-20℃保存三个月。

PDCD5复溶：
打开试剂管前请先离心。
复溶浓度推荐大于100 μg/ml。
冻干蛋白请溶于ddH2O。
复溶后，请根据用量分装冻存，避免反复冻融。

关于PDCD5：
Programmed Cell Death Protein 5 (PDCD5) is a member of the PDCD5 family. PDCD5 is expressed in tumor cells during apoptosis, independent of apoptosis-inducing stimuli. This protein may function in the process of apoptosis. PDCD5 is upregulated during apoptosis where it translocates rapidly from the cytoplasm to the nucleus. PDCD5 may play an important regulator of K (lysine) acetyltransferase 5 (a protein involved in transcription, DNA damage response and cell cycle control) by inhibiting its proteasome-dependent degradation. PDCD5 is an important novel protein that regulates both apoptotic and non-apoptotic programmed cell death.

关于VEGFD：
Mouse vascular endothelial growth factor D, (VEGFD) is a member of the platelet-derived growth factor/vascular endothelial growth factor (PDGF/VEGF) family. VEGFD is a secreted protein and highly expressed in fetal and adult lung. It undergoes a complex proteolytic maturation, generating multiple processed forms that bind and activate VEGFR-2 and VEGFR-3 receptors. The structure and function of this protein is similar to VEGFC. VEGFD is growth factor which active in angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis, and endothelial cell growth, stimulating their proliferation and migration and also has effects on the permeability of blood vessels.
