1）当蓄电池环境温度在-10℃～＋45℃条件下，其性能指标应满足正常使用要求。
2）蓄电池在环境温度25℃时的浮充运行寿命应不低于15年。
3）蓄电池组按规定的试验方法，10h率容量应在次充放电循环时不低于*，第五次循环应达到C10，放电终止电压为*（暂定）/220V。
4）报价方应提供蓄电池接线板及其附件。
5）蓄电池间接线板、终端接头应选择导电性能优良的材料，并具有防腐蚀措施。6）蓄电池槽、盖、安全阀、柱封口剂等材料应具有阻燃性。
7）蓄电池采用全密封防泄漏结构，外壳无异常变形、裂纹及污迹，上盖及端子无损伤，正常工作时无酸雾逸出。
8）蓄电池性正确，正负性及端子有明显标志，便于连接；板厚度应与使用寿命相适应。
9）电池电压均衡性应满足一组蓄电池中任意二个电池的开路电压差不超过20mV。
蓄电池使用期间安全阀应自动开启或闭合，闭阀压力应在1kPa～15kPa范围内，开阀压力应在15kPa～49kPa范围内。
10）二个蓄电池之间连接条的压降，*时不超过8mV。
