| 一：简介 |
|
PT系列高温熔体压力传感器变送器，是通过引进、消化和吸收外同娄产品的核心技术及优点。凭着多年的此粪产品的设计制作经验．精工制作的专用于塑料．化纤及橡胶等行业的高温熔体压力测控的产日．配上本公司生产的带有上下限报警、模拟信号输出、开关控制输出、PID调节等功能的智能数显控制调节仪表，组成高可靠性高稳定的压力测量控制系统。
该产品可与萄内外同类产品互换配套使用。
二、PTl000钢性杆高温熔体压力传感器及变送器：
PTl000不锈钢材质的刚性检测杆结构使安装更方便。适用于测量塑料．橡胶或一般性保温层的熔体压力。
三、PT2000带软管高温熔体压力传感器及变送器：
PT2000外壳与刚性检测杆之间带有软管．使传感头及变送电路远离高温区，从而保证了测量的准确性。同时也使安装更具灵活性。适用于测量高熔点塑料，化纤及保温层较厚的熔体压力．高压蒸汽等。
四、PT3000带软管温度压力双功能高温熔体压力传感器及变送器：
PT3000在同一个安装通道可同时测量温度和压力．除了内部带有一个热电阻偶外．其压力部分的性能和技术要求均与PT2000相同，温度传感器为J，K，E热电偶或PTlOO热电阻，采用二心专用接插件引出。
