耐火电线电缆通则》标准中表6的规定和GA306.1-2007第6.3.4条、GA306.2-2007第6.3.4条、UL2556-2007第9.10和9.11条要求。此设备测试、结构合理、操作简单，为电线电缆制造商、各大专院校、商检部门及科研单位提供方便。

流量调节：此流量计用于记录及控制试验时石英玻璃管内的空气流量。
空气压力调节：此旋钮用于调节试验时石英玻璃管内的空气压力。
搅拌器电源：用于控制磁力搅拌器电源的通断，当其上的指示灯亮时，则说明磁力搅拌器通电。
搅拌器加热：打开此开关，磁力搅拌器上洗瓶中的液体温度会慢慢上升。
搅拌器调速：转动此旋钮，以控制磁力搅拌器上洗瓶中磁力搅拌棒的旋转速度。
可程式控制器：用于对试验的整体控制及监测。

四、试验相关资料Test data
试验步骤
1、将称重至0.1mg的处理过的试样放在燃烧舟中，并使其均匀地分布在燃烧舟的底部。
2、然后把燃烧舟送入置于管形炉的燃烧管中。
3、用针形阀把空气流量调节为（0.015D2）L?h-1±10%，并在试验期间维持恒定。
4、然后在（40±5）min内均匀升温，并在（800±10）℃温度下保持20min。升温速率和试样温度应用适当的方法作检验。
注：确认升温速率和试样温度的范例如下：
作为预备试验的鉴定程序，应用上述规定的空气流量，把热电偶或其他适当的温度测量设备（适当防腐），放在空的燃烧舟中
的试样点上，进行空白试验。通过这个试验可制定出一套重复使用的升温规则，来保证实际试验时能达到要求的试样升温速率
和温度。
5、拆开洗瓶，把内容物倒入1000ml量瓶中。并用蒸馏水或软化水冲洗洗瓶、连接管和燃烧管的终端（冷却后），把冲洗液也
倒入量瓶中，然后追加至1000mL。
6、取出燃烧舟后，整个管子必须在950℃温度下煅烧以清净之。卤酸含量的测定冷却至环境温度后，用吸管或滴定管量取
200mL溶液到烧杯中，依次加入4mL浓硝酸，20mL的0.1M硝酸银和3mL硝基苯。充分摇动内容物使氯化银凝聚析出。
然后加入1mL含几滴6M硝酸的浓度为40%的硫酸铁铵水溶液，混合后在磁力搅拌下用0.1M硫氰酸铵滴定。
卤酸总量以每克试样的氯化氢的毫克数表示如下：

五、注意事项Matters needing attention
1、在进行操作时，一定要做好防护措施，如戴口罩、手套等，以免影响身体健康。
2、此设备仅适用于单相220V交流电源。
3、试验机在使用时必须可靠接地，否则有触电危险。
4、此设备必须安置在干燥的室内环境中，以免潮湿锈蚀设备。
5、为延长试验设备的使用寿命，应定期给试验机通电。
6、每次试验结束后，都要及时地关闭电源，清理试验现场，保持设备清洁。
