 窗口关闭式采样探子符合GB/T 6679-2003《固体化工产品采样通则》，适用于粉末、小颗粒、小晶体等固体化工产品采样。采样探子由两根配合紧密的管子组成，外管开一组槽子，内管相应开一组槽子。取样时内外管槽口封闭沿一定角度插入物料，到达深度后转动打开槽口，抽出前槽口应封闭，将所取物料倒入样品容器内，完成一次取样。不仅适合采集全部样品，而且适合采集部位样品。

窗口关闭式采样探子特点:
              1．材质304不锈钢，对样品无污染，广泛应用于药品、食品等行业。
              2．采样探子内壁、外壁抛光处理，可防止污染样品且更容易清洁。
              3．采样探子所有部件均可拆卸，便于清洁，可防止细菌、污染物的存留。

产品选择:对于松散的固体样品水平取样可选择：末端封闭式采样探子、末端开口式采样探子、窗口关闭式采样探子。如果垂直取样可将采样探子沿对角线方向插入物料。
              对于粘稠的固体样品取样可选择：式采样探子。式采样探子独特的设计，无论水平取样或垂直取样都适用。

窗口关闭式采样探子使用方法:
               1.使用前应检查采样探子是否清洁。
                2.将采样探子槽口封闭并沿一定角度插入物料，到达深度转动打开槽口后转动2-3次，待物料进入槽内，封闭槽口，小心的将采样探子抽回，将采样探子中的物料从采样探子后端倒入样品容器内。
               3.如果物料不松散，将卸料推杆从采样探子后端插入使物料顺利进入样品容器。
               4.将采样探子擦拭干净，完成取样。
