辣根过氧化物酶性 状： 辣根过氧化物酶，简称HRP，是一种血红素蛋白，它能催化包括抗坏血栓盐、氰亚铁酸盐、细胞色素C、多种染料的无色母体等底物的氧化反应。HRP的分子量大小在4万道尔顿左右，酶作用适宜的条件为pH7.0。
高纯度辣根过氧化物酶是从植物辣根中提取的，并进一步用现代分离层析的方法精制，后由冷冻干燥法制得棕褐色粉末。
