◆热冲击试验箱用来测试材料结构或复合材料，在瞬间下经高温和低温的连续环境下所能承受的程度，借以在短时间内试验其因热胀冷缩所引起的化学变化或物理伤害，适用的对象包括金属、塑料、橡胶、电子。。。等材料，可作为其产品改进的依据或参考。

◆热冲击试验箱特点 Features
◆此设备分为高低温区、低温区、测试区三部分，测试样品完全静止。采用独特之蓄热、蓄冷结构，强制冷热风路切换方式导入测试区，完成冷热温度冲击测试。
◆可设定高温、低温及冷热冲击三种不同条件之功能，执行冷热冲击条件时，可选择2槽或3槽之功能并具有高低温试验机的功能。

为达到用户对产品做低的温度测试，KSUN公司为设备配备了复迭式制冷系统。并采用低温级为R23或R508B，高温级为R404或R507的“绿色环保”制冷剂，根据美国环保部门标准，该类制冷剂可用到2030年之后，禁用日期还未确定；为使该制冷系统获取更佳的制冷效果，KSUN公司为机械配备了企业法国泰康（TECUMSEH）公司生产的全封闭式压缩机，对于设备制冷有更高要求的则采用德国比泽比（Bitzer）或法国泰康（RGA5512E）生产的半封闭式压缩机。
