ACR-6 automates the evaporation process of the amount of carbon residue left after evaporation and pyrolysis of an oil. The carbon residue test is intended to provide some indication of relative coke-forming propensities. The microprocessor controlled oven requires less experience to conduct the tedious process and therefore yields more consistent test result.

ACR-6自动康氏残炭试验仪是经典型石油产品残炭测定法（康氏法）测试石油产品残炭含量的专用仪器。残炭是石油产品或原料经过高温分解后的残留物质，而残炭含量是判定石油产品或原料的组份的重要指标之一。全微处理器控制电子时间继电器系统能准确地依照预热，燃烧，高温加热和冷却的试验程序自动操作。

EASY OPERATION: Optimum heater output for prescribed burning process is programmed with ease prior to a test. Once a test starts, no further adjustment needs to be done. 操作简单可靠。传统的康氏法残炭试验有许多方面得依赖于经验，比如预热时间、火焰高度、燃烧时间等，因此很难确保试验精度，而本仪器按规定条件的要求，通过程序控制全自动进行测试，试验过程无须人为干预，试验结果的精度很高，重复性很好。给操作者提供了极大的方便。

TEMPERATURE MONITORING SYSTEM: As needed, with a thermocouple placed at the crucible, temperature can be monitored to obtain a constant temperature during the last 7min of process. 独特设计，检测热电偶可放置在坩埚正中，能有效的控制试验过程后7分钟的样品温度。

EASY-TO-CLEAN: Oven unit cover, control unit cover, hood and large Iron crucible with cover are made of stainless steel. Not only easy-to-clean but also durable. 燃烧部和内，外坩埚组件为全不锈钢组件，拆卸简单，易于清洁，经久耐用。

MODULAR DESIGN: Oven and controller are separated so that only oven unit can be installed in fume hood. (Optional connecting cable is required.) 仪器可分为控制部和燃烧部两个部分，控制部和燃烧部既能上下放置（减少设置面积）又能左右并排，可将燃烧部单独放置于通风橱内，控制部放置于通风橱外，两者之间通过信号线连接。（可选购加长型的信号电缆）

点火用气可选用液化石油气或者煤气，每次试验前需要手工点火。

FLAME DETECTOR: 火焰检测

Sample vapor is ignited and extinguished by detecting temperature by means of sheath type thermocouple试验坩埚盖中央装有试样蒸汽出口管，（该出口管上方装有火焰检测热电偶及点火喷嘴），检测蒸汽火焰燃烧的时间。

COOLING DEVICE:

Forced air cooling by sirocco fan （试验结束）强制风冷
