This part of GBZ/T 300 specifies the solvent desorption-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method of volatile organic compounds (see Table 1) in the air of the workplace. This section applies to the detection of the vapor concentration of volatile organic compounds (see Table 1) in the air of the workplace.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a rapid determination method for 54 kinds of volatile organic poisoning in the air of the workplace. Method: Activated carbon tubes were used to adsorb the volatile organic poisons in the air of the workshop, and then desorbed with carbon disulfide, and then entered into a gas chromatography-mass spectrometer for detection and analysis. Results: The 54 kinds of volatile organic compounds in air have a good linear relationship within a certain concentration range, and the correlation coefficient R≥0.99: the lowest detection limit is much lower than the level of occupational chemical poisoning on-site, and the decomposition and absorption efficiency of the target group is 76-102%. Conclusion: This method is highly accurate, easy to operate, sensitive and fast, and is suitable for the rapid qualitative and quantitative determination of volatile organic poisoning in the air of workplaces.
