滕州市浩瀚色谱仪器技术服务有限公司,研发了一种工业甲醇中三甲胺的测量方法。该方法包括:以无水甲醇为溶剂,盐酸三甲胺为标准物,配置不同浓度的标准溶液;采用气相色谱法在气相色谱条件下测量不同浓度的标准溶液的峰面积;绘制工作曲线,得到单位峰面积对应的浓度,计为K值;测量工业甲醇的峰面积,乘以K值,得到工业甲醇中三甲胺的含量;其中,气相色谱条件如下:使用专用毛细管毛细色谱柱,载气流速4~5ml/L,尾吹气流速8~10ml/L,燃气流速1.5~2.5ml/L,助燃气流速120~150ml/L,进样口温度140~150℃,柱温120~130℃,检测器温度240~260℃,加热电流1.0~2.0pA。该方法测量结果较为准确。

The method includes: using anhydrous methanol as a solvent and trimethylamine hydrochloride as a standard substance, co nfiguring standard solutions of different concentrations; using gas chromatography to measure the peak areas of standard solutions of different co ncentrations under the first gas chromatography conditions; drawing a working curve, Obtain the co ncentration correspo nding to the unit peak area and calculate it as the K value; measure the peak area of industrial methanol and multiply it by the K value to obtain the co ntent of trimethylamine in industrial methanol. Among them, the first gas chromatography co nditions are as follows: use a dedicated capillary capillary column, Carrier gas flow rate is 4~5ml/L, makeup gas flow rate is 8~10ml/L, fuel gas flow rate is 1.5~2.5ml/L, supporting gas flow rate is 120~150ml/L, inlet temperature is 140~150℃, column temperature is 120~ 130℃, detector temperature 240~260℃, heating current 1.0~2.0pA. The measurement result of this method is more accurate.
