PE Clarus500气相色谱仪配置两个氢火焰检定器、一个甲烷转化炉一次进样同时测定出丙烯中CO、CO2及烃类杂质。
甲烷转化炉需要外配，体积大，安装复杂，费时费力。浩瀚色谱研发出微型甲烷转化炉，体积小，效率高，安装简单方便，一般实验室人员就可安装，经济使用，安装后不改变仪器原来的分析功能，效果好，分析时间短、
浩瀚色谱，采用微型甲烷转化炉建立了一种简单、准确、快速测定丙烯中微量杂质的分析方法。该方法相对标准偏差小于10%,检测线(S/N=3)为1mg/l,平均回收率94.3%~101.1%,分析速度快、稳定性好、效率高、结果准确。经过试验该方法完全能满足丙烯中CO、CO2及烃类杂质的分析。
