本标准适用于土壤和沉积物中乙草胺、异丙草胺、甲草胺、敌稗、异丙甲草胺、杀草丹、丁草胺和丙草胺8种酰胺类农药的测定。

当取样量为10g，定容体积为1.0ml，采用选择离子扫描方式定量时，方法检出限为0.01～0.02mg/kg，测定下限为0.04～0.08mg/kg。详见附录A。

This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of eight amide pesticides in soil and sediment.

This standard is applicable to the determination of acetochlor, metolachlor, alachlor, nepalo, metolachlor, chlordimefon, butachlor, and prochlor in soil and sediment.

When the sampling amount is 10g, the constant volume is 1.0ml, and the selected ion scanning method is used for quantitative determination, the detection limit of the method is 0.01 ～ 0.02mg/kg, and the determination limit is 0.04 ～ 0.08mg/kg. See Appendix A.
