Under the experimental conditions used, the average peak height response is 1.08×10-14 mL/μV, the relative standard deviation of the chromatographic peak height of the SF6 unit volume injection volume is 2.2%, and the minimum detection limit of SF6 is 6.03×10-13 mL (3 Times the baseline noise). This method is used to analyze the content of SF6 in the atmosphere. The sample analysis time is 1.2min. The analysis of 11 air samples is completed within 12min. The relative standard deviation of SF6 content is 2.1%.
