关于Neurexophilin-1：
Neurexophilin-1 (NXPH1) is a member of Neurexophilin family. NXPH1 consist of 271 amino acis.It contains a 21 amino acid signal peptide, 86 amino acid propeptide, and 164 amino acid mature protein. NXPH1 is expressed in subpopulations of neurons within the cerebral cortex, cerebellum and olfactory bulb that are thought to be inhibitory interneurons. In humans, NXPH2 and NXPH3 are most similar to NXPH1, sharing 84% and 64% aa identity within the mature region, respectively. By contrast, NXPH4 dost not bind a-neurexins. Genetic deletion of NXPH1 or NXPH3 produces no anatomical effect.

IL-21 induces the production of IgG1 and IgG3 in B-cells. IL-21 may promote the transition between innate and adaptive immunity. IL-21 may have a role in proliferation and maturation of natural killer cells in synergy with IL15. IL-21 stimulates interferon gamma production in T-cells and natural killer cells by synergy with IL15 and IL18. Dysregulation of IL-21 has a role in multiple immune-mediated diseases including lupus, psoriasis and chronic inflammatory diseases.

关于IFN-gamma/IFN-γ：
Mouse Ifng is a secreted protein which belongs to the type I I (or gamma) interferon family. IFNG is produced by lymphocytes and activated by specific antigens or mitogens. In addition to having antiviral activity, IFNG also has important immunoregulatory functions. It is a potent activator of macrophages and has antiproliferative effects on transformed cells. It can potentiate the antiviral and antitumor effects of the type I interferons. Genetic variation in IFNG is associated with the risk of aplastic anemia (AA) which is a rare disease in which the reduction of the circulating blood cells results from damage to the stem cell pool in bone marrow. In most patients, the stem cell lesion is caused by an autoimmune attack. T-lymphocytes, activated by an endogenous or exogenous, and most often unknown antigenic stimulus, secrete cytokines, including IFN-gamma, which would in turn be able to suppress hematopoiesis.
